Whereupon Thomas Lasy is Called to ye Barr and by Peti- tion Confesseth his fact and putts himselfe upon ye mercy of ye King and Governour


Judgment is granted that he stand att ye Publicke Place of Correction att ye Towne of Chester two Severall Court Dayes 3 hours each day with a Paper of his Crimes written in Capitall letters afixed upon his Brest and that he remaine in ye Shreifes Custody untill he give good Security to performe this Judg- ment and pay his fees
