The Testimony of William Cloud Junior Who saith that Wolly Rosen gave lawfull Possession unto George Andrews of his house and Land att Marcus Hooke alius Chichester.
The Testimony of Robert Eyre Clerke and William Cloud Senior That they being desired somtime about the last fall did meete George Andrews and Woly Rosen att the now Dwelling house of Woly Rosen on Namans Creeke in the Wood and that then George Andrews did deliver full Poz- session of the said house and Land unto unto Woly Rosen and his heires forever
