fflorance Imanuell being Attested Deposeth that when Daniell Hary came to him to have him the Deponant to goe Along with him because that I Could speake theyr languige I went A long with him and when we came we found the ould mare tyed with a Rope by the neck And we Enquiered ffor the Coulis and the sarvant Denied them and then I went back and milked the mare and shewed the sarvant the milke and could tell by that that the Coult had sucked and then we went to the Indians and enquierd of them and they tould us where they weare and we brought them there & showed them that they weare newly marked and wee went Againe on the morrow and then he Dennyed us haveing the mare and would A layd violent hands on me but I went And Cut the Rope that the mare was tyed with and tooke her Away and as wree went A longe wee mett with letort & his wife and she said them horses weare theyrs & whereapon I said to her it was not trew & I spoke to the other man to stay for I would speake with them & tould them that we would not keepe the horses but would put them In an officers hands and shee said It was best soe to Doe

The orphants of William Smith Deceased whose names are Mary and Elizebeth Smyth did come Into the Court and made Choyse of Anthony Morgan and their brother William Smyth for Gardiens the said Anthony Morgan Acknowledging that he have ten pounds In his hands of the two Girls mony: And William Smyth and Mary Smyth Did Acknowledge A Deed for five hundred Acres of land lying in Darhy Township bearing Date the fiveteenth Day of the eight month 1692 to ye sª Anthony Morgan.


Ree Sent Brought A boy whose name Is John Tollen and there the Court Did order yt the said boy shall serve ye said Ree sent tell he be of the age of one and Twenty years. And the said Ree sent shall pay the said boy the sum of Twenty Pounds Att the expiration of his Time the boy being Ten years and a halfe now this Court.
