Jolin Bristow Junior being Attested Deposeth that the first Parsell of Barly as his father bought and had of William Collett was Indefferant barly and Came pretty well and that the next parcell which was 35 bushells and a peck And they wett that and that It was Greate part of It Rotten and Did not come and ffurther said that when his ffather bought It It was by a sample that William Collett Brought and that when his father looked on it he Did see some Amongst It that had Red Ends And that his father said he was Informed that that was soe would not come And that the last loade came Indeferant well.
