GENERAL PRINCIPLES .- The College was organized and has been conducted in the interests of medical truth, as established in nature ; the developement and perpetuation of those grand and beautiful principles which ever have for their object the conservation of the vital powers of the physical organization. It bolu- :y accepts such truths as are unmistakably established, it matters not fiom what source they come. Sci- Picc. truth, principle, are based upon immutable laws, and are unchangeable. To know the laws; to ascer- tan the principles governed by those laws and deport its teachings in accordance with the same, is the oljeut of the college instruction.
