LOVELACEVILLE. Sometimes called Pin Hook, is in the eastern portion wf Ballard county. 8 miles east of Bland- ville, the county-seat. It was first settled in 1822, and now has a population of 200. A steam grist and saw-mill, a church and seminary are here. Paducah, 16 miles north-east, is its shipping point by the P. & E. R. R. and the Ohio river, and is also the location of the nearest bank.
