ANNUAL TOWN MEETING
Monday, January 16, 1961, adjourned to March 23, 1961
On a warrant duly issued by the Selectmen under the date of December 27, 1961, and signed by Charles L. Rich, James J. Drummey, Walter J. Dempsey, and John A. Abdallah, Seleetmen of Norwood, the meeting was called to order by the Moderator, Walter J. Gotovieh. The proper service of this warrant was only attested by James E. Quinn, Constable of Norwood.
All the requirements of the statutes and by-laws relating to elections and town meetings were complied with. The warrant calling the meeting was read by Town Clerk and Accountant, Bartley W. Connolly. The artieles contained in the warrant, and action therennder being as follows:
ARTICLE 1.
