Section 25. No person or persons shall play or perform on any musical instrument or sing, parade, march or congregate or sing, play music or make announcements from a so-called sonnd truck in a public way or public place, except in connection with a funeral, without the written permit of the Selectmen, or of other town official designated by them.
VOTED: To so amend.
ARTICLE 7. To see if the Town will vote to accept the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 33, Section 59, providing in sub- stance that a town employee shall not lose any pay or vacation if he goes on an annual tour of duty, not exceeding seventeen days, as a member of a reserve component of the armed forces of the United States or take any other action in the matter.
VOTED: On amended motion, that action under Article 7 be post- poned to the first special Town Meeting in the fall.

ARTICLE S. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a sum of money for an annuity payable to Margaret Connolly, widow, as provided in Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 32, Section 95A, or take any other action in the matter.
VOTED: That the sum of $1,050.00 be transferred from Surplus Revenue and appropriated.
ARTICLE 9. To see what sum of money the Town will vote to raise and appropriate to meet the further expense for sewer construction, said appropriation to be provided for by transfer from Surplus Revenne and/or available funds in the Treasury or take any other action in the matter.
VOTED: That the sum of $2,255.00 be transferred from Surplus Revenue and appropriated.
ARTICLE 10. To see what sum of money the Town will vote to raise and appropriate to meet the further expense for drain construction, said appropriation to be provided for by transfer from Surplus Revenne and/or available funds in the Treasury or take any other action relative thereto.
