To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Selectmen to lease for periods not exceeding five years buildings or parts of buildings for the purpose of providing separate and suitable quarters for Post 70 American Legion, Post 2452 Veterans of Foreign Wars, Norfolk County Marine Corps League of Norwood, Chapter 90 Disabled American Veterans and Amvets 153 of Norwood, and to raise and appropriate sums for the payment of rents for the current year, or take any other action in the matter.


VOTED: That the sum of $3,600.00 be raised by taxation and appro- priated for the following purposes:


Post 70 American Legion $720.00


Post 2452 Veterans of Foreign Wars 720.00


Norfolk County Marine Corps League of Norwood 720.00


Chapter 90 Disabled American Veterans 720.00


Amvets 153 of Norwood 720.00

ARTICLE 10. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from unappropriated available funds in the treasury, a sum of money for Chapter 90, Highway Maintenance, or take any action in relation thereto.


VOTED: That the sum of $3,000.00 be raised by taxation and appro- priated to meet the cost of Chapter 90, Highway Maintenance.


ARTICLE 11. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from unappropriated available funds in the treasury, a sum of money for Chapter 90, Highway Construction, or take any action in relation thereto.


VOTED: That the sum of $42,000.00 be raised by taxation and appro- priated to meet the cost of Chapter 90, Highway Construction.


ARTICLE 12. To see what sum of money the Town will vote to raise and appropriate for the purpose of maintaining the insurance fund to pay workmen's compensation.


VOTED: That the sum of $18,000.00 be raised by taxation and appro- priated for the purpose of maintaining the insurance fund to pay work- men's compensation.


ARTICLE 13. To see what sum of money the Town will vote to raise and approriate for the purpose of paying part of the premiums for group life insurance, accident, hospitalization, medical and surgical insurance for certain employees and their dependents under the provisions of General Laws, Chapter 32B.
