Train holes and wines to be placed thereon, together, with such supporting and strengthening fixtures and wires as said Company may dem requisite, in the streets and highways said town as hereinafter designated.
All construction under this permit shall be in accordance with the following specifications: The files shall be located between the travelled driveway and the limits of the highway , and shall be , word or other suitable material , and the wines shall be run at the usual height and along and across the highway . After the holes and wires have been located as specified in this permit, alterations shall be made in the location of erection of the files , and in the height of the inves , if so directed by the Board of Selectmen. Following are the streets and highways alone referred to:
