Low Board of Selectmen for The Town of Westborough, Massachusetts; Ordered: Notice having been given and a public hearing held as provided by law, that The New England Tele phone and Telegraph Company of Massachusetts be and it is hereby granted a location for and per- mission to erect and maintain poles and wire to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining or protecting fixtures as said company may leen necessary, in the public way or ways vereinafter referred to as requested in petition of said company dated that 27th day of September, 1911.

We, the subscribers, Selectmen of Hopkinton and Westborough, having Just this 20th day of December 1911, agreeable to a notice given by the Selectmen of Hopkinton, that being the more ancient Town, for the purpose of perandulating the lines and renewing the marks between said towns, having attended to that duty and make the following report.


Beginning at a stone monument market H. W. I. standing by the north side of a rock exeterly the Prentice Mills es called, it being the corner bound of Hopkinton, Westborough and Southborough, thence 5. 76 1/2 W. to a stone monument marked H. W. new the river on land of the town of Hopkinton, thence con- timing the same course to a stone monument marked H. W. in the swamp north of the house of who. To see if the tour will extend the electric lighting system on East Main Street from Lynvin Street to Flanders Street and place one or two lights within said new system, or enact anything thereon.


To see if the town will extend the electric lighting system on Summer & treet to a point in front of or near the residence of James Rourke and place a light in said locality, or act anything thereon.


To see if the town will appropriate any sur not exceeding $6000,00 for the purpose of improving it's means of fire protection and increase its fire apparatus and engines and appoint
