Voted, That the new England Telephone and Telegraph Company of Massachusetts be and it is hereby authorized and permitted to erect and maintain poles and wires to be placed thereon together with such supporting and strengthening fixtures and wires as said Company may deem requisite, in the streets and highways of said town as hereinafter designated.
