The Committee for investigating Brigham Street reported as follows: We de a committee to investigate Brigham Street find that the bounds now established on the south side of the street, show that from a point at the square to Cottage Street. there are five (5) gugles; also that the walk now in use is wholly on partly constructed ou private property. WE also find that at a saint opposite the Hunt Metal Works the road appears to be only 28 ft. wide, and we are informed that the B. a. R.R. Co. control the land up to the bounds of the funt property, which makes it appears that we have nib highway only a right of way We recommend that the tour straighten the line on the south side and lay out a road not less than 40 feet wein any part, and as much wider as practical to facilitate the heavy traffic ou said Brigham Street.
