The petition of the new York, New Haven, and Hartford Railroad Company, a railroad corporate having a passenger station in this city, praying for the appointment of.

being a person in the employment of said railroad corporation, as a railroad police officer of und for said corporation, was acted upon, and upon said petition the person named therein, being a person in the employment of said corporation, was appointed a police officer to act as a railroad police officer of and for said corporation for the purposes and with the powers set forth in Chapter 463 of the acts of 1906 and acts in addition thereto and amandatory thered, to hold said office until said appointment is revoked according to law.

M Kendry Gin rear of Brittan factory running northerty by the side of said factory 158 feet, more or less, to road bound on Spring street; westerly 104 feet more or less, to bound at corner of Milk and Spring streets; then southerly on Milk street 1 82 feet more or less, to telepho pole; then easterly 44 feet, more or less, to corner of Mc/Pendry land and place of beginning. The price to be One Dollar and other valuable consideration, The land to be deeded to N.H. Borenstein & Sons as soon as they purchase said factory, on condition that the land

We, the undersigned, Certify that we met on the twenty ninth day of October 1910, and parambulated the lines between the said towns, and renewed the marks on the monuments, beginning at a monument in the edge of the woods near an old wall, and back of the greenhouse owned by George Temple; it being the corner bound of Uptow, Westborough and Hopkinton; thenice to a monument about one-half of a mile on the left hand side of an old road which leads from the main Upton and Westborough road, which seems to be a continuation of the old"Partridge Road" so called'; thence to a monument on the main Westborough and Upton road; thence to a monument on the old Westborough road, so called; thence to a monument a short distance west of said road; thence to a monument on the road leading from Westborough through Merriam district to George Hill; thence to a monument a short distance from said road; which is the corner bound of Westbor Upton and Grafton. We found all of the above monuments in good condition.
