At a legal meeting of the inhabitants of the Town of Boxford, qualified to vote at Elections and in town affairs: held in the Town Hall , Boxford, on Monday, March 5, 1928, it being the Annual Town Meeting; the following record was made. The Warrant was read by the Moderator, Chester Killam.
The Ballot Boy having been inspected by the Election Officers and the Public, it was then locked and the keys placed in the hands of Special Police Officer Charles A. Bixby.
At the opening of the Polls, the Ballot registered 000.
