At a legal meeting of the inhabitants of the Town of Boxford, qualified to vote at Elections and in town affaires held in the Town Hall, Boxford, on Monday, March 3, 1930. it being the Annual Town Meeting: the following record was made .


The meeting was called to order and the Warrant read by the Moderator, Mr. Chester Killam After the Ballot Box had been inspected, the keys were given to Avard P. I yon, Constable.
