In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 54 of the General Laws, the Townbleck's of Boxford, Danvers, Middleton, and Topsfield, said Towns comprising the Seventh Essex Representative District, met at 12 o'clock noon on Friday, the eighteenth day of November, 1938, in the office of the Toun Block of Danvers, the place designat ed for such meeting, for the purpose of examining and comparing the transcript of returns, to ascetain what person was elected to represent said district in the General Court of the Commonwealth.

At a legal meeting of the inhabitants of the Town of Boxford, qualified to vote in elections and in town affaire held in Town Hall, Boxford, on Monday, March 4, 194. it being the annual town meeting, the following record was madeviz:


The meeting was called to order and the Warran read by William J. Greenler, Moderator.


The Ballot Boy was inspected and found to be empty. then locked and the keys placed in the hands of her F. Richardson the Constable in charge. Before the Polls were opened the Ballot Box regis. tered 000.


The Polls were declared open at 7 o'clock A.M.
