The Election Officers for the Annual Town Meeting held in Boxford, Mar. 5, 1934, were called together March 9, 1934. to correct an error in the count for Consta- bles. Upon examining the Ially Sheets it was found that David Mighill had le votes in one block which had not been put on the Total tally Sheet. These le votes make just 406 ballots accounted for in both Parishes.

Two of the Tellers said that both David Mighill and Robert Stewart had votes for Constables in both Parishes. The Clerk entered them all under one heading , so it was impossible to tell just the number for each Parish. But, both Mighill and Stewart, were not eligable to run for Constable in the West Parish, being residents of the East Parish, so the vote for each would be as follows: David Mighill, E. P. had in Both Parishes 23 votes){ 230 East Leo F. Richardson, i.P. /72 Parish
