At a Special Town Meeting held in Boxford, Mass. at the Town Hall, on Wednesday, April 23, 1930, at 8 o'clock P.M. the following record was made.
Meeting called to order and the Warrant read by the Moderator, Chester Killans.
unanimously that the town confirm the vale passed at the annual town meeting under Article 23, said vote reading as follows !- Voted That There be marked and appropriated the sum of 16,00o for the purpose of construct- ing and originally equiping and furnish- ing a school building on the last of land offered the town by Levi's Kennedy Mouse or such other lot as may be selected and obtained by the selectmen for this purpose: and that, to meet said appropriation, there be transferred from The Excess and Deficiency Account the sum of 5,000: , that there be raised in the tax levy of the current year the sum of 1,500. and 1 500 from the sale of the Land estate and old school houses, and the treasurer, with the approval of the Selectmeno, be and hereby is authorized to borrow the sum of 8, 000, and to lique bonds or notes of the town there for said bonds or notek to be payable in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 44, of the General Lans, so that the who whole loan shall be paid in not more than Ten years from the date of issue of the first bond or note or at such earlier dates as the Treasurer and selectmen may determine.

Record of Precinct Town of Boxford for Primary Election, Tuesday ,September 16, 1930.
Meeting called to order and the warrant read by the precinct clerk at 7 o'clock A. M. The ballot box was examined by the precinct officers and the public and found to be empty, The ballot boy was then locked and the key taken and held by George R. Hopping the Constable in attendance the register indicating 000.
The polls were opened at seven oclock A. M. At two o'clock in the afternoon the polls were closed the ballot box registering Fifty two 52 The officers in charge of the check lists announced the number of names checked to be Fifty Two 52. The ballots were then removed from the ballat box. and audibly counted one by one and the whole number was found to be Fifty two.
The Precinct officers then proceeded to count the votes received by each person with the following result:

Record of Precinct Town of Boxford. Stato Election November 4, 1930.
In accordance with the requirements of the foregoing warrant the inhabitants of Precinct two town of Boford qualified to vote in elections and town affairs met in Lincoln Hall town of Boxford on Tuesday November fourth nineteen hundred and thirty. The warrant calling the meeting was read by Edward E. Pearl precinct clerk.
The ballot box after being examined by the precinct officers and the public was found to be empty.
It was immediately locked and the Key # take and retained by George F. T. Hopping the officer in attendance the register indicating 000.
· At seven o'clock and five minutes A.M. the presiding of fire called upon those persons qualified to vote in elections and town affairs to give in Their ballots for the purposes express- ed in the warrant.
At Five minutes past two o'clock in the 1 afternoon the polls were closed the register indicating One hundred and fourteen (114) The officers in charge of the check lists then proceeded to count the names checked there- on and found the whole number to be one hundred and twelve (112)
The ballot box was then opened and the ballots taken therefrom and audibly counted one by one and the whole number was found to be the hundred and twelve (112)
The precinct officers then proceeded to count the votes received for each person and for other purposes with the following result:
