Voted unanimously: That the Town Treas- urer, with the approval of the Selectmen, be and hereby is authorized to borrow money from time to time in anticipa- tion of the revenue of the financial year beginning January 1, 1946, and to issue a note or notes therefor, payable within one year, and to renew any note or notes as may be given for a period of less than one year in accordance with Sec- tion 17, Chapter 44, General Laws.

Voted: That the part of Article 2 pertaining to the Printing and Distributing of the Town Reports be recon- sidered and the amount of $1,488.11 already appropriated be reduced to $1,272.36.

Voted: To reconsider Article 7, and that the names of Thomas J. Collins and Albert J. Murphy be added to the Building Laws Committee.
Voted: To reconsider Article 12, and that the sum of $475.00 be raised and appropriated for the upkeep and main- tenance of the Town Hall.
Article 13. Voted: Eighty-two in the affirmative to two hundred nine in the negative (limited form of Town Government).
Article 14. Voted : That the sum of $1,000.00 be raised and appropriated for grading of the Tower Hill School playground.
