To see if the Town will vote to instruct the Board of Water Commissioners to install a six-inch water main with gates and hydrant on Park Street for a distance of five hundred (500) feet, in place of the one and one-quater (11/4) inch water main already there, which has proved totally inadequate, and to raise and appropriate money therefor, as petitioned for.

Article 45. To see if the Town will vote to raise and

Article 46. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $4,000.00 to resurface and repair the roof at the Devine School, as petitioned for by the School Committee.
Article 47. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $600.00 for the erection of a tool house at the Stetson High School, as petitioned for by the School Committee.
Article 48. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $35,000.00 to build an addition of two rooms at the McNeil School, as petitioned for by the School Committee. This sum to be raised on a bond issue over a period of twenty years.
Article 49. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $2,000.00 for tuition paid to Trade and Vocational Schools, as petitioned for by the School Com- mittee.
Article 50. To see if the Town will vote to instruct the Board of Selectmen to petition the General Court for authority to borrow outside the limit of indebtedness of the Town for school construction purposes.

To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $5,000.00 to be used under the direc- tion of the School Committee in conducting a survey includ- ing the hiring of architects or other professional services incident thereto, of the school buildings and school facilities of the Town of Randolph.
Article 52. To see if the Town will vote to effect a transfer of real estate whereby the Town shall acquire for school purposes a certain lot or parcel of land between the west boundary of the Stetson High School property and

the eastern boundary of Highland Avenue and whereby the Town shall transfer to the owners of the above property and all as a part of the same transaction a certain parcel of land now owned by the said Town of Randolph and lying at the southwest corner of said Stetson High School property in said Randolph, said first mentioned parcel being a certain parcel of land situated in said Randolph and owned by Sallie Ward Crawford and Judith M. Crawford and bounded, meas- ured and described as follows, to-wit:
Northerly by other land of said Sallie Ward Crawford and Judith M. Crawford by the prolongation westerly of the northerly boundary line of land of said Town of Randolph, said last mentioned land being part of Stet- son High School Athletic field eight (8) feet more or less ;
Easterly by said land of the Town of Randolph four hun- dred fifty-one (451) feet more or less;
Southerly by other land of said Sallie Ward Crawford and Judith M. Crawford by the prolongation westerly of the northerly boundary line of a certain parcel of land lying at the southwest corner of said Stetson High School property to be conveyed by said Town of Ran- dolph to said Sallie Ward Crawford and Judith M. Crawford as a part of the same transaction as herein- above set forth twelve (12) feet more or less; and
Westerly by the easterly line of Highland Avenue four hundred fifty-one (451) feet more or less;
Containing four thousand five hundred twenty (4520) square feet more or less ;
and said parcel of land at the southwest corner of said Stetson High School property being a certain parcel of land situated in said Randolph bounded, measured and described as follows to-wit:

Crawford, Pasadena, Los Angeles County, Cali- fornia, free and clear of all encumbrances, as petitioned by the School Committee.
