ARTICLE 6. (On Request and By Direction of Selectmen). To see what sum of money the Town will vote to raise by taxation or otherwise and appropriate, for the purpose of construction of a walkway from the Ralph Talbot School to Great Republic Ave. and the northern end of Con- stitution Ave., or take any other action in relation thereto.
