Upon motion duly made by the Appropriation Committee, it was
UNANIMOUSLY VOTED: That the Town appropriate the sum of $1.00 from available funds (Excess and Deficiency Account) for the pur- pose of acquiring by purchase, gift, or eminent domain in fee, and for acquiring permanent drainage and/or sloping easements, the following parcels of land on Green Street in accordance with Chapter 79 of the General Laws, for the purpose of Alteration, Widening, Reconstructing and/or Relocating of Green Street; and the Board of Selectmen are hereby authorized to acquire such land as described, together with all necessary easements, by gift, purchase, or eminent domain in fee, or as permanent easements for drainage or sloping easements as described for the above purposes.

That the Town vote to amend its Zoning Laws and Zoning Map, Ar- ticle X of the Town By-Laws, by making the following changes: Change of Districts. From Residential to Industrial. Land shown on the Wey mouth Town Atlas as revised to January 1, 1957, as described in Article 8 of this Warrant for Special Town Meeting of April 29, 1957.
Discussion ensued involving Mr. Heffernan, Chairman of the Planning Board; Mr. Newton, Secretary of the Appropriation Committee; Mr. Nover of the Planning Board; Mr. O'Brien, Chairman of the Industrial Develop- ment Commission; Mr. Amabile of the Board of Selectmen; Mr. Cain, Mr Causer, Mr. Crehan, Chairman of the Board of Selectmen.
