BAEUERLEN, Carl A., hardware; born at Goeppingen, Wuertemberg, Ger- many, Feb. 1, 1868; son of Frederick and Marie (Beck) Baeuerlen; educated in the Realschule, Germany; married at Winona, Minn., 1892, to Miss Bertha Klippel. Came to America, 1885, and located at Winona; entered hardware business as clerk and became proprietor of same establishment in 1900, operating it under firm name of C. A.
