Boxford, november 4th, 1913. Agree ably to the fore going warrant, the votes of Precinct one met Sat the Town Hall The meeting was called to order by the warden John Parkhurst at ten o'clockA.M. The warrant read by the clock the ballot for was opened and shown to be empty then closed locked and the key placed in the hands of the constable David Fighill.

(meant to the foregoing warrant the inhabitants of Precinct Two, Town of Boxford- qualified to vote in Primaries and Elections - as the law-directs - assembled , at the time and place and for the purpose thereis expressed at 10:05 ' Clock the warrant-calling the meeting was read by the Precise Deputy Sock who then publicly opened the fallof Lox- and the same having Teen examined by the Precinct officer and the public, was found to be enjety. The ballot fox was immediately locked the register indicating 000 and the key of the boy was taken and rtanded by Walter Chadwick the Constable Sin -attendance.
The Deputy Clock then- called upon the inhabitants of said Precinct-at 10:07 5' Clock, qualified by law to vote in electrons to give in these ballots for the purpose expressed in said Warrant. at 2:10 o'clock in the afternoon the polls were closed. The fallout boy was found to register Sixty. (60) The officers me charge of the check liste in the presence of the other officer and the public counted in - a - distinct-and - audible voice the names-checked on said liste and found the number to be Sixty (60). The fallout boy without biuro removed from the public view was there opened by the wardene. The ballots were taken there from - and - audibly- counted one by one and the

Respectfully represents the Lawrence Gas Company of Lawrence, Massachusetts that it desires to contract a line of Poles, wires and fixtures, including the necessary sustaining and protecting fixtures, along and across the public way on ways herein after named.
Wherefore it prays that after due notice and hearing as provided by law, it may be granted a location for and permission to erect and maintain holes and wines, together with such sustaining or protecting fixtures as it may find necessary, said roles to be executed substantially in accordance with the plan filed herewith marked 442

Notice having been given and a public hearing held as provided by law, that the Lawrence Gas Company of Lawrence, Massachusetts be and is hereby granted a location for and permission to erect and maintain holes and wines to be placed thereon, together with such sustain- ing or protecting fixtures as said company may deem necessary, in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to as requested in hetition of said company dated the twenty first day of January, 1914.
All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following condi- tions :
Poles shall be of sound timber , and rea- sonably straight, and shall be set substantial by at the points indicated upon the plan marked 442 to be filed with this order. There may be attached to said protes not to exceed fine wines and all of said wires shall be placed at a height of not less. than eighteen feet from the ground.
The following are the public ways or parts of ways along which the poles above referred to may be # erected, and the number of poles which may be erected thereon under This grant:
