The Town Accountant, shall receive two hundred dollars a year,


The Treasurer, shall receive one hundred dollars a year,


The Collector of Taxes, shall receive one hundred and seventy five dollars a year.


The Highway Survey ora, and the men whom they employ to work on the roads, shall receive forty cents an hour.


The hay for a horse, working on the roads, shall be twenty five cents an hour.


The fray for a man and team, working on the roads, shall be seven dollars and twenty cents, for a day of eight hours.


For a joke of Oxen, two dollars a day anine hours. For a flow and on shore, five cents an hour each.


And while pathing snow, the men and teams shall receive the same as the men and teams employ id on the roads, except the men shoveling snow. who shall receive fifty cents an hour.


That all other bills shall be allowed on the Select men, except their own bills for services rendered to the Town, there bills must be brought before the Town to be allowed.

Special Primary Election Prect. 1. Nov. 20, 1923. Agreeably to the foregoing warrant the voters of Prect ! met at the Town Hall, Boxford.


The meeting was called to order by the Warden Charles Perley, the reading of the warrant was waived. and the balloting begun.


Polls opened at 7 o'clock A.M.


The ballot box was opened and shown to be empty, then closed and locked and the key placed in the hands of the Constable, Mighill.


The Polls closed at 1:00 PM.


The ballot box then registered 46


The Check- list showed number of votes 46

Meeting called to order and warrant read by clerk lat 7 oclock A.M. Polle opened at 7:05 A. M. after ballot box had been examined by precinct officers and the public and found to be empty. Box locked and key held in custody of Frank H. Spofford Constable in attendance Ballet box registered 000.


At one oclock and five minutes in the afternoon the polls were closed the ballet boy registered sixty four (64)


The officers in charge of the check list annom ced the number of names checked to be sixty four (4) The ballots were then removed from the ballot box and andilly counted one by one- and the whole number found to be
