Art. 28. To see if the Town will vote to accept a new waylead- ing northwesterly from Winslow avenue to Walpole street through the lands of Samuel M. Winslow and George Harding Smith as laid out by the Board of Selectmen, under the provi- sions of law authorizing the assessment of betterments, and raise or borrow and appropriate money for said purpose or take any other action in the matter.
