The Almshouse
As an institution through which a substantial amount of the money of the taxpayer is expended, the Almshouse and its administration deserve careful consideration. It is, as it has been for the past ten years under the capable manage- ment of Mr. and Mrs. M. M. Sullivan.

The thirtieth annual report of the Board of Water Com- missioners for the year ending December 31, 1915, is re- spectfully submitted for your inspection.
We are pleased to be able to report to you that the new Epping-Carpenter Pumping Engine is now working nicely and is fulfilling all conditions required by our contract. The pump has been accepted and paid for by the joint Board of Randolph and Holbrook in accordance with the advice of our consulting engineer, Mr. Charles T. Main.
