Apl. 2, 1723, he recorded the Ear Mark for his cattle. By his will he disposed of his farm at Cow Neck to the sole use of his widow, and on her marriage the same at Public vendue to be sold. May 26, 1724, he, with a number of others, were owners of a tract of land called and known by the name of Cakiat, alias New Hempstead, precinct of Haverstraw (now Ramapo), Orange Co. (Vol. I. of Transcripts, Rockland Co.). He disposed of his estate in Orange Co. by the will. His executors sold the farm at Cow Neck, Mch. 10, 1730, to Robert Sutton and others for £780. 8. 7, the widow having married again.
