Beginning at a point in the southwesterly line of East Cross Street said point being at the southeasterly end of a curve of a radius of 30.00 feet leading to Sixth Street, thence running by said southwesterly line of East Cross Street by a curve of a radius of 775.00 feet a distance of 22.77 feet; thence turning and running S 28-12-20 W a distance of 474.92 feet to a point in the south- easterly line of West Border Road; thence turning and running by said southeasterly line of West Border Road generally northerly by a curve of a radius of 500.00 feet a distance of 194.44 feet; thence running N 5-55-26 E by said southeasterly line of West Border Road a distance of 90.09 feet; thence running by a curve of a radius of 160.00 feet leading to Sixth Street generally northerly and northeasterly a distance of 118.51 feet to a point in the south- easterly line of Sixth Street; thence running N 48-21-50 E by said southeasterly line of Sixth Street a distance of 69.99 feet; thence running generally northeasterly, easterly and south easterly by a curve of a radius of 30.00 feet leading to East Cross Street a dis- tance of 35.18 feet to the point of beginning, and containing 21,000 square feet more or less, by withdrawing said portion from Single Residence and establishing same as Manufacturing as shown by a map thereof to accompany said amendment and made a part thereof and thereby altering the existing map showing existing boundaries to conform to such change of District Boundaries. ARTICLE 15. To see what sum of money the town will vote to raise by transfer from available funds and/or by borrowing, and appropriate for the purpose of water construction, or take any other action in the matter.


ARTICLE 16. To see if the Town will vote to set aside and designate a certain parcel of land on Walpole Street to be used for public library purposes, and that the care, custody, management and control thereof be transferred to the Board of Trustees of the Morrill Memorial Library, said parcel being shown as Lot 2 on a plan entitled "Plan of Land in Norwood, Mass., dated June 20, 1963, Norwood Engineering Co., Inc., Civil Engi- neers, Norwood, Mass.," and recorded with Norfolk Deeds. Said parcel containing 8,202 square feet and formerly being a portion of the so-called Congregational Church lot, or take any other action in the matter. (On petition of the Library Trustees)

To see if the Town will vote to set aside and designate a certain parcel of land on Beacon Street to be used for public library purposes, and that the care, custody, management and control thereof be transferred to the Board of Trustees of the Morrill Memorial Library, said parcel being the remainder of the former Beacon School site and being no longer required for school purposes, or take any other action in the matter.
