To the Citizens of the Town of Norwood:
The Norwood Planning Board through the Patriot Ledger in the issue of June 12, 1963 gave notice of its intention to hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 26, 1963 at 8:30 P.M. in the Municipal Building on pro- posed amendment to the Zoning By-Laws of the Town of Norwood, said hearing as advertised was duly held and the Planning Board herewith submits its final report and recommendation which is in the following form:
We recommend indefinite postponement to the Existing Zoning By-Law as submitted in the attached motion under Article 2 of the Special Town Meeting of June 27, 1963, for the following reasons:
1. Activities in a "Business" zone are detrimental to this location.

ARTICLE 4. To see if the Town will vote to accept the provisions of Chapter 409 of the Acts of 1962, now General Laws, Chapter 90, Section 18A, authorizing the Board of Selectmen to adopt rules regulating the use by pedestrians of way within the Town, or take any other action in the matter.
VOTED: That the provisions of Chapter 409 of the Acts of 1962, now General Laws, Chapter 90, Section 18A, be and hereby are accepted.
ARTICLE 5. To see what sum of money the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from unappropriated available balances in the treasury, a sum of money for Chapter 90 Highway Maintenance, or take any other action in relation thercto.
VOTED: That the sum of $3,000.00 be transferred from Surplus Rev- venue and appropriated to meet the cost of Chapter 90 Highway Mainten- ance.
Article 6. To see what sum of money the Town will vote to raise and appropriate to meet overdraft in unpaid bills incurred prior to Decem- ber 31, 1962 said appropriation to be provided for by transfer from Surplus Revenue and/or available funds in the treasury or take any other action relative thereto.
VOTED: That the sum of $3,000.00 be transferred from unexpended balances in the 1962 Highway Maintenance account and the sum of $500.00 be transferred from the unexpended balances in the Water Maintenance 1962 account and appropriated to meet overdrafts in unpaid bills incurred prior to December 31, 1962.
