Voted 1st. That the sum of six hundred dollars be raised for the support of the poor for the ensuing year.
Voted 2d. That the trustees of the town hire out the pews of the meeting house, and apply the avails thereof towards the payment of Mr. Phillip's salary.
3d. That this town will raise, by a tax, a sum equal to the sum allotted to this town of the common school fund, and that the supervisor of this town be hereby directed to levy on the said town at the next meeting of the Board of Supervisors, the sum required by the act entitled an act for the support of common schools, passed the 19th day of June, 1812, to entitle this town to its proportion of the interest of the said fund to be distributed.
4th. That if any person or persons shall keep any flock of sheep, or suffer their sheep to be on the commons or high- ways of this town after the twentieth day of this month until the twentieth day of March next, all such sheep shall be liable to be impounded, and the owner or owners of all such sheep shall pay one shilling for each sheep so impounded, Wainscott flock excepted, and that to be under the care of a shepherd approved of by the trustees of the town.
5th. That all horses or neat cattle that shall be found graz- ing or running at large on Napeague or on the beach on the south side from the hither end of Montauk, to the western bounds of this town at any time between the twelfth day of May and the twelfth day of September next ensuing, shall be liable to be impounded, the owner or owners to pay fifty cents for each horse or neat beast so impounded.

Voted 1st. That the yards of Mulford Parsons, David Ba- ker and Elisha Osborn, Jr., be public pounds.
2d. That six hundred dollars be raised, by tax, for the support of the poor of this town for the year ensuing.

3d. That the trustees hire out the pews in the meeting house and the money arising therefrom be applied towards the payment of Mr. Phillips' salary.
4th. That if any person or persons shall keep any flock of sheep, or suffer their sheep to be on the town commons of this town, or on the highways of the same after the twentieth day of this month until the twentieth day of March next, all such sheep shall be liable to be impounded, the owner or owners of such sheep to pay one shilling for each sheep so impounded, Wainscott flock excepted, and that to be under the care of a shepherd to be approved of by the trustees of the town.
5th. That all horses and neat cattle that shall be found grazing or running at large on Napeague, or on the beaches one the south side, from the hither end of Montauk to the western bounds of this town at any time between the sixth day of May and the twelfth day of September next ensuing, shall be liable to be impounded, the owner or owners of such cattle and horses to pay fifty cents per head for all such cattle or horses so impounded.
6th. That all the meadow grass between Indian well and the foot of highland, be hired out for one year to mow but not to pasture ; and also the meadow grass at Georgica, and the same was hired out, as follows, and payment to be made for the same on the first day of September next ensuing :
