The lot contains 58 acres of land in two pieces, one piece lies about half a mile southeasterly from the hole of water called Chatfield's hole, containing 21 acres, bounded northwesterly by the fortieth lot, northeasterly by a highway, southeasterly by the new highway 6 poles wide, and south- westerly by the 41st lot. The other piece of the 36th lot lies a little beyond a hole by the name of Edwards' hole. The said land lies in the crotch of the path where that path turns out of Sag Harbor path and goes to Northwest. The said land is bounded northerly by the cross path that Wainscott folks use to go to Northwest, northeasterly by the highway that turns out of Sag Harbor highway a little beyond Ed- ward's hole, and southwesterly partly by Sag Harbor high- way and partly by another highway that turns out of Sag Harbor highway. The above mentioned part of the 36th lot contains 37 acres ; the said land lies in a triangular form.

The forty-seventh lot, drawn by Isaac Mulford, 52 acres, Doctor Edward Huntting, 52 acres, Samuel Russell, 2 acres of commonage. The lot contains 52 acres of land lying near the mouth of Three Mile Harbor, bounded northeasterly by the 46th lot, southeasterly by the straight highway to the head of Hog Creek, southwesterly by land laid out for par- sonage land, and northwesterly by a highway and part by John Parsons' land.
Notwithstanding what has been said as to additions to the lots in the 4 acre division, we laid out 12 acres of land be- tween Jeremiah Talmage's and the tan creek on the south side of the country road, to three lots, namely, the 15th, the 16th and the 17th lots to be divided equally among them. The said 12 acres is bounded northerly by the country high- way, southerly by Joseph Conkling's land, and westerly by the lot that Jeremiah Talmage now lives on.
