FIFTH EXTRAORDINARY SESSION.
The Sixty. ninth General Assembly was called in extraordinary session by Gov. Campbell, and assembled on the fourteenth day of October, 1890, to consider the municipal affairs of the city of Cincinnati, and remained in session ten days, and passed an act reorganizing the government of that city, which was subsequently de- clared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court.
