Planning Board for three years and seven Constables for one year.
THE POLLS WILL BE OPENED AT FIVE FORTY- FIVE O'CLOCK IN THE FORENOON AND WILL BE CLOSED AT FOUR O'CLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON.
You are further directed to notify and warn the in- habitants qualified to vote as aforesaid to meet at the Town Hall in said Randolph on Monday, the 13th day of March, 1933, at 7:30 P. M., then and there to act on the following articles :
Article 1. To see if the Town will authorize the Treasurer, with the approval of the Selectmen, to refund money from time to time in anticipation of the revenue of the financial year beginning January 1, 1933, and issue a note or notes therefor, payable within one year, and any debt or debts incurred under this vote to be paid from the revenue of said financial year.
Article 2. To see if the Town will authorize the Treasurer ,with the approval of the Selectmen, to refund any and all of the revenue notes issued in anticipation of revenue of the year 1933, in accordance with the provis- ions of Section 17, of Chapter 44 of the General Laws, any debt so incurred to be paid from the revenue of 1933.
Article 3. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate money to defray the General Town Expenses for the current year, under the following headings:

Article 13. To see if the Town will authorize the Board of Health to appoint one of their members to an- other office or position under their control and fix the salary of such person in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 36, Acts of 1929, or take any other action relative thereto.
Article 14. To see if the Town will vote to appoint a Committee to investigate the Advisability of purchas- ing the rights and property of the Randolph and Holbrook Power and Electric Company and report on the same to any Special or Annual Town Meeting.
Article 15. To see what action the Town will take relative to applying the net revenue of the Water De- partment to new water extensions under the direction of the Water Commissioners.
Article 16. To see what action the Town will take regarding filtration of the water supply at Great Pond, or to take any action relative to preserving the supply and purity of the water, and raise and appropriate money therefor.
Article 17. To see if the Town will vote to discon- tinue to Public Traffic, the easterly end of School Lane -so called-adjoining the Belcher School property as recommended by the School Committee.
Article 18. To see if the Town will authorize the School Committee to purchase a certain piece of land ! located on the corner of Belcher Street and School Lane -so called- and extending from the present school lot to Belcher Street, consisting of feet more or less, and raise and appropriate money therefor as recommend- ed by the School Committee.

Article 19. To see if the Town will vote to erect
and originally equip a two room addition to the Belcher School, under the direction of the School Committee and raise and appropriate money therefor as recommended by the School Committee.
Article 20. To see if the Town will vote to abandon that portion of Canton Street as a Town Way, between that point in the boundary line of the Towns of Canton and Randolph, where the old location line of said Canton Street, as it exists as a Town Way, intersects the south- westerly side line of the roadbed of Canton Street, as established and constructed by the County Commission- ers for the County of Norfolk by order of Taking dated February 5, 1929, to that point about twelve hundred (1200) feet distant southeasterly therefrom where the said old location line of Canton Street, as it exists as a Town Way, again intersects the southwesterly side line of the roadbed of said Canton Street as relocated and constructed by virtue of said relocation dated February 5, 1929, as recommended by James D. Bradley, James H. Hurley, William J. O'Connor and others.
Article 21. To see what action the Town will take in regards to raising and appropriating $1,500.00 for the leasing of the building occupied by Lieut. Thomas W. Desmond Post No. 169, American Legion, as petitioned for by Charles E. Albritton, William A. Connell, M. E. Young and others.
Article 22. To see if the Town will vote to hold a Town Caucus for the nomination of candidates for Town Officers required to be voted for by official ballot at its Annual Town Meeting, according to the provisions of Section 121 of Chapter 53 of the General Laws as amend-

ed by Chapter 141, Acts of 1932, and as petitioned for by Theodore S. Luddington, Louis J. Courtney, James F. Kennedy and others.
Article 23. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate $1,000.00 for the use of the Park Com- mission in the development of the E. Fannie Belcher Park as petitioned for by John J. Madden, Howard P. Rich, Patrick Sullivan and others.
Article 24. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a sum not exceeding $4,000.00 for drain- age purposes, with particular reference to the diversion of certain water courses from Great Pond as petitioned for by Arthur L. Mann, Dr. William M. Colby, Dr. William W. Buck and others.
REPAIRS AND REBUILDING OF STREETS
Article 25 To see if the Town will vote to repair High Street from Lafayette Street to Chestnut Street and raise and appropriate the sum of $800.00 therefor as peti- tioned for by John Stevenson, C. S. Brown, Walter L. Hickey and others.
Article 26. To see if the Town will vote to build Wilmarth Road as far as accepted and raise and appropri- ate the sum of $1,000.00 therefor as petitioned for by George W. Butler, Emily P. Kachele, R. W. Coburn and others.
Article 27. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $1,200.00 for the building and construction of Russ Street from opposite the residence of John Burns to Dorr Street as petitioned for by Stan- ley W. Powers, Leonard D. Shanks, Frank W. Proctor and others.

Article 28. To sce if the Town will vote to construct a drainage system on Wales Avenue a distance of three hundred and sixty feet and raise and appropriate money therefor as petitioned for by Walter A. Billingham, Lewis LaCounte, Margaret Crowley and others.
Article 29. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $700.00 for the rebuilding of Stacey Street including two treatments of tar as peti- tioned for by Frank M. Downes, Albert C. Webber, Wil- liam VanTassel and others.

To see if the Town will vote to instruct the Water Commissioners to extend the water main on North Main Street a distance of six hundred and fifty feet from its present terminus and raise and appropriate money therefore as petitioned for by Ernest H. Bossi, Joseph W. O'Mahoney, Marino Rota and others.
Article 33. To see if the Town will instruct the Water Commissioners to lay the water main from Mill Street on Wilmarth Road as far as has been accepted, and raise and appropriate money therefor as petitioned

Article 24. To see if the Town will instruct the Water Commissioners to install a six-inch water main with necessary hydrants, on Russ Street from its present terminus in an easterly direction, one thousand feet, and raise and appropriate money therefor as petitioned for by Stanley W. Powers, Leonard D. Shanks, Frank W. Proc- tor and others.
MISCELLANEOUS
Article 35. To see if the Town will raise and ap- propriate the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for a Dental Clinic to be under the direction of the Board of Health.
Article 36. To see if the Town will vote as follows: "That no money be expended by the Police Department for undercover men or spotter investigation" as peti- tioned for by Theodore S. Luddington, Frank M. Condon, Joseph W. O'Mahoney and others.
Article 37. To see what action the Town will take in regard to raising and appropriating money for the erection of a suitable fence or wall on North Main Street within the vicinity of the present existing railroad bridge as petitioned for by William E. Hanson, Ross John- ston, Elmer J. DeLorey and others.
Article 38. To see if the Town will vote to accept the Hugh Alexander MacDonald memorial at North Ran- dolph and raise and appropriate money to secure a suit- able site and place same thereon under the direction of the Board of Selectmen as petitioned for by Fred J. Soule, Frank M. Downes, Albert D. Godfrey and others.

To see if the Town will vote to amend the Town By-Laws as follows: "That the Finance Com- mittee be given access to all books and all records of every Town Department, and be empowered to investigate every Town Department whenever in their judgment such investigation may be necessary" as petitioned for by John R. Luddington, John Banahan, Fred P. Chase and others.
Article 40. To see what action the Town will take relative to acquiring the rights and property of the Ran- dolph and Holbrook Power and Electric Company as pe- titioned for by Elmer J. DeLorey, John A. Burns, Wil- liam VanTassel and others.

Randolph, Mass., March 11, 1933.
The Board of Registrars of Randolph met this day in the Town Hall for a recount of votes cast for Selectmen, Assessor, School Committee, Trustee Stetson School Fund, Board of Health, Water Commissioner, Highway Surveyor, Planning Board and Constables. The recount started Sat- urday at 1.30 P.M. and continued to 2.45 A.M.
