Report of the Town Accountant


Citizens of Randolph :


In my report of the current year you will notice that there are three over-drafts, namely in Public Welfare, Soldiers' Relief and Snow Removal. Below is my au- thority for having allowed same.


August 29, 1932.


At a regular meeting of the Selectmen and Overseers of the Public Welfare held on the above date, it was voted by more than two-thirds of the Selectmen that an ex- treme emergency involving the health of persons existed in the Town of Randolph necessitating the incurring of liability and the expenditure of money in excess of the appropriation made for the use of the Department of Public Welfare.


This vote was cast in pursuance of the provisions of Section 31 of Chapter 44 of the General Laws.
