Article 14. To see if the Town will vote to accept Chapter 82, Section 37, General Laws, to make it possible to establish building lines, as petitioned for by the Plan- ning Board.


Article 15. To see if the Town will appoint a Com- mittee to look into the advisability of building a com- bination Fire and Police Station in conjunction with a P. W. A. project; said committee to report with their recommendations at a Special Town Meeting not later than May 1, 1935.


Article 16. To see if the Town will vote to elect a Board of Public Welfare, to consist of not more than three members, according to the provisions of Section 1, Chapter 41, General Laws.


Article 17. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate money for materials and equipment in connection with E. R. A. projects, as petitioned for by the Selectmen.


Article 18. To see if the Town will vote to pur- chase and install a new steam heating boiler and oil burner, and a ventilator for the roof at the Belcher School, and raise and appropriate the sum of $2500.00 therefor as petitioned for by the School Committee.


Article 19. To see if the Town will vote to purchase and install ventilating and sanitary systems in the Pres- cott and Prescott Primary School Buildings and raise and appropriate the sum of $12,000.00 therefor and determine how the same shall be raised, or take any other action relative thereto, as petitioned for by the School Committee.

Article 20. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $1,500.00 for the purpose of repointing and waterproofing the Charles Gabriel Devine School Building, as petitioned for by the School Com- mittee.


Article 21. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate money to pay certain unpaid bills of the Stetson School Fund, as petitioned for by the Trustees of the Stetson School Fund.


Article 22. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate money to purchase materials and equip- ment for an E. R. A. repair project for the Town Hall Building, as petitioned for by the Trustees of the Stetson School Fund.


Article 23. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $500.00 for the maintenance and care of the Stetson High School Field as recom- mended by the School Committee and as petitioned for.


Article 24. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $1,500.00 for the purpose of making an engineering study, survey and report, in rela- tion to building a system or systems of sewerage and sewage disposal or take any other action relative thereto, as petitioned for.

To see if the Town will vote to author- ize the Selectmen to petition the Public Works Admin- istration of the Federal Government for a grant of money or a loan and grant, for the purpose of building, operat- ing and maintaining a system or systems of sewerage and sewage disposal, making the appropriation therefor and provide by borrowing or otherwise, such sum as neces- sary to meet appropriations made, or take any other action relative thereto, as petitioned for.

Article 26. To see if the Town will vote to petition the Legislature for permission to borrow outside the debt limit, a sum not exceeding $300,000.00 to build a system of sewerage and sewage disposal or take any other action relative thereto, as petitioned for.


Article 27. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $1,200.00 for the purpose of preparing a "Comprehensive Zoning Plan" for the Town, under the direction of the Planning Board, as petitioned for.


Article 28. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $200.00 to be used by the Plan- ning Board in connection with the necessary work of this department, as petitioned for.


Article 29. To see if the Town will vote to accept Chapter 82, Section 37, General Laws, to authorize the Selectmen to establish a twenty feet setback on the exist- ing westerly side of North Main Street from Crawford Square to West Street, or take any other action relative thereto, as petitioned for.


Article 30. To see if the Town will vote to instruct the Assessors to compile a list of all Real Estate Tax Payers and the individual parcels and amounts assessed to each one, as of January 1, 1935, and to have this pub- lished in the Town Report for 1935, and raise and appro- priate money therefor, as petitioned for.


Article 31. To see if the Town will vote to create the office of Town Counsel, and make any amendments to the By-Laws as may be necessary to effectuate this purpose, and raise and appropriate the sum of $1,200.00 per annum for the purpose of paying the Annual Salary of a Town Counsel, as petitioned for.

Article 35. To see if the Town will vote to instruct the Selectmen to lay out Lillian Street, so called, com- mencing at the southerly end and running northerly for a distance of two thousand feet, as petitioned for.

Article 36. To see if the Town will vote to accept the layout of Russ Street from North Main Street to Dorr Street as made by the Board of Selectmen and raise and apropriate money for land damages.


REPAIRS AND BUILDING OF STREETS


Article 37. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate money for the building and repairing of Druid Hill Avenue for a distance of nine hundred and fifty feet from the present finished construction, as laid out by the Selectmen and as petitioned for.


Article 38. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $700.00 to repair and tar Chestnut Street from the point already completed to the junction of High Street, or to take any other action rel- ative thereto as petitioned for.

Article 54. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate money for materials for a sidewalk on the north side of Warren Street, from North Main Street to Fowler Street. The labor to be provided by E. R. A. or other funds, as petitioned for.


Article 55. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate money for materials for a sidewalk on the north side of Depot Street, the labor to be provided by E. R. A. or other funds, as petitioned for.


MISCELLANEOUS


Article 56. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $3,500.00 for the collection of garbage. Said collection to be made twice a week for five months and once a week for seven months and to be supervised by the Board of Health. Bids for this con- tract to be confined to contractors of the Town of Ran- dolph, or take any other action relative thereto, as petitioned for by the appointed Garbage Committee.

All of the appropriations made may be found in the Town Accountant's Report taken from an attested list made by the Town Clerk.


VOTED UNANIMOUSLY: Under Article 1, That the Town Treasurer, with the approval of the Selectmen, be and hereby is authorized to borrow money from time to time in anticipation of the revenue of the financial year beginning January 1, 1935, and to issue a note or notes therefor, payable within one year, and to renew any note or notes as may be given for a period of less than one year in accordance with Section 17, Chapter 44, Gen- eral Laws.


VOTED: Under Article 2, That the Town Phy- sicians be paid on the basis of $2.00 a call for the first 50 calls, all calls over 50 to be free calls, and that a record of names and addresses of all patients treated be sub- mitted to the Board of Health monthly before payment is made.
