The Board of Registrars of Randolph met this 10th day of March, 1934, in the Town Hall, for a recount of votes cast for the office of Assessor and School Commit- tee, all Registrars being present.
The Registrars were assisted by: Olga C. Howard, Marion L. Bailey, Joseph H. McMahon, Wm. T. McAuliffe, Jr., Leonard A. Robbins, Ethel M. Stetson, Helen C. Sul- livan, James G. Hoye and Elmer L. Burchell.

All of the appropriations made may be found in the Town Accountant's Report taken from an attested list made by the Town Clerk.
VOTED: Under Article 9, that the pay of Town Laborers and others hired by the day or hour remain the same.
VOTED: Under Article 12, that a committe of nine, three of whom shall be the Trustees of the Stetson School Fund, be appointed by the Moderator to examine into the structural condition of the Town Hall and to confer with the State Department of Public Safety in regard thereto and to report their findings at a later Town Meet- ing called for that purpose and to take any other action that committee may legally take.
VOTED: Under Article 12, that a committee of seven be appointed by the Moderator to investigate the advisability of reducing the insurance on all town prop- erty and buildings; that Theodore S. Luddington be ap- pointed as one of the committee.
VOTED: Under Article 13, that the Water Com- missioners be authorized to appoint one of their mem-

bers to another office or position under their control and fix the salary of such person in accordance with the pro- visions of Chapter 36, Acts of 1929.
VOTED: Under Article 14, that the Board of Health be authorized to appoint one of their members to another office or position under their control and fix the salary of such person in accordance with the provisions of Chap- ter 36, Acts of 1929.
VOTED: Under Article 16 that the town by-laws be amended by adding a new section to Article 4, to read as follows :
Article 4, Section 3. That the Town Treas- urer, with the approval of the Selectmen, shall dispose of, for the best interests of the town, all property owned by the town on account of fore- closure of Tax Titles.

SPECIAL TOWN MEETING April 23, 1934
VOTED: Under Article 3, that a committee of seven, with power to add to and increase its member- ship, be appointed by the Moderator to associate itself with representatives of the Chamber of Commerce, and the various improvement associations and benevolent and fraternal organizations, in the town, for the purpose of raising, by public subscription or otherwise, the sum of twenty-five hundred ($2,500.00), dollars, to be expended in paying the expense of moving to Randolph a substan- tial manufacturing concern which would furnish employ- ment to Randolph residents.
A Special Town Meeting was called for July 16, 1934. As there was not a quorum present the meeting was adjourned to July 30 at 8.15 o'clock. On July 30, there being no quorum present, it was voted to dissolve the meeting.

PARTY PRIMARY ELECTION, 1934
Randolph, Mass., April 24, 1934. Pursuant to a warrant issued by the Selectmen and dated April 2, 1934, the Party Primary Election was held this day in Stetson Hall in Precinct 1, and in North Ran- dolph Improvement Association Hall in Precinct 2.
The polls were opened for the reception of ballots at four o'clock P. M.
The polls were closed at eight o'clock P. M. After returns were made to the Town Clerk the votes were tab- ulated and results announced at nine forty o'clock P. M.
