All of the appropriations made may be found in the Town Accountant's Report taken from an attested list made by the Town Clerk.
VOTED UNANIMOUSLY : Under Article 1, That the Town Treasurer, with the approval of the Selectmen, be and hereby is authorized to borrow money from time to time in anticipation of the revenue of the financial year beginning January 1, 1936, and to issue a note or notes therefor, payable within one year, and to renew any note or notes as may be given for a period of less than one year in accordance with Section 17, Chapter 44, General Laws.
VOTED : Under Article 7, That a Committee of one, the clerk of this meeting, be instructed to send the following message to Congressman Richard B. Wig- glesworth, Senator David I. Walsh, and Senator Marcus A. Coolidge :
"Because of the tremendous increase in popula- tion in the Town of Randolph in the past ten years, the citizens of the Town of Randolph assembled at their annual Town Meeting respect- fully request that you do everything in your power to receive recognition from the Postal and Treasury Departments to secure a new Post Office Building for the Town of Randolph."

Pursuant to a Warrant issued by the Selectmen and dated the first day of September, 1936, duly posted by Patrick T. McDonnell, Constable, the voters of Randolph assembled in Stetson Hall for Precinct 1, and North Randolph Improvement Association Hall for Precinct 2.
The election paraphernalia was given by the Town Clerk to the Wardens of Precinct 1 and Precinct 2 and receipts taken therefor.

The Registrars of Voters of Randolph met at 7:30 o'clock P.M. in the Town Hall to recount the ballots cast for Lieutenant Governor at the State Election held November 3, 1936.
The ballots were all recounted, resealed and placed under seal in the election cases.
Representatives were present from the two polit- ical parties.
