DeCourcey, James DeCourcey, Kenneth M. Gray, and Chester W. Stevenson to a point; thence turning and running in an Easterly direction N. 84° 23' 30" E. 342.88 feet to a point on a Westerly line of said North Main Street; thence turning and running along the Westerly line of North Main Street in a Southerly direction 190 feet to the point of beginning, as petitioned for by Thomas Flatley and others.

Northerly by land of Francix X. and Beverly Anne Messina being land situated in the Town of Braintree.
Westerly by land of Randolph and Holbrook water shed by several courses measuring respectively 91.55 feet, 25.36 feet, 51.44 feet, 56.69 feet, 27.09 feet, 47.50 feet and 127.42 feet.
Southerly by a private way and by land of Phillippo and Anna Monteforte, Joseph Monteforte, Jr. and Edith B. Monteforte, land of Domenic F. English, land of Richard and Ann P. Aronvitz, land of Frank Gallo, land now or formerly of Frank A. and Phyllis Richardi, land now or formerly of Angelina Sarni and land of Rocco P. and Adele E. Sarni by several courses measuring respectively 104.45 feet, 201.22 feet, 125.64 feet, 201.80 feet and 279.07 feet.

To see if the Town will vote to rescind the vote of the Town Meeting of March 27, 1961 to take for school purposes a certain parcel of land, together with the trees and buildings thereon, owned by Rose E. Courtney, such land being a part of Parcel 78 on Plan 140 of the Randolph Assessors' Plan and containing 17.5 acres more or less, and release what- ever interest, if any, the Town acquired in said property by and under said vote, as petitioned for by Roger L. Niles and others.

Article 11. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen to take by eminent domain, in accordance with the General Laws of Massachusetts, easements for purposes of construction and the improvement of Mary Lee Brook, and transfer from Cost and Claims Account the sum of $1.00 for each taking, as follows :
