Article 51. To see if the Town will vote to amend the Build- ing By-Law voted at the Special Town Meeting of July 11, 1951, by adding to Section 10, Article 2, Paragraph 5, which reads as follows:
No permit shall be issued for cellars and first floors which are constructed with the intentions of using the cellars exclusively for living quarters.

Article 59. To see if the Town will vote to amend the Building By-Law voted at the Special Town Meeting of July 11, 1951, by adding to Section 1, Article 3, subsection "b" which reads as follows:
No building permit for a dwelling house or other inhabited building shall be issued until the Board of Health or its agent has approved the proposed lot as suitable from a sanitary point of view for human habitation. No building permit shall be issued for a dwelling house on an unsewered street until a permit for a sewage disposal installation has been obtained from the Board of Health or its agent.
Article 60. To see if the Town will vote to amend the Building By-Law voted at the Special Town Meeting of July 11, 1951, by adding to Section 3, Article 13, subsection "a" which reads as follows:
Fees for plumbing permits shall be fixed and deter- mined from time to time by the Board of Selectmen.
Article 61. To see if the Town will vote to amend the Building By-Law voted at the Special Town Meeting of July 11, 1951, by adding to Section 3, Article 13, subsection "b" which reads as follows:
The fee for permit to install a cesspool or septic tank shall be $2.00 each unit.
Article 62. To see if the Town will vote to amend the Wiring By-Law voted at a Special Town Meeting held May 19, 1952, by authorizing the Selectmen under Section 1 to appoint an Acting Wire Inspector who shall be appointed in April of each year and shall hold office from the first day of May follow- ing for the term of one year and until another is appointed in his place. The Selectmen may at any time remove him.
Article 63. To see if the Town will vote to amend the Wiring By-Law voted at the Special Town Meeting of May 19. 1952, by striking out Section 6 and inserting the following:
Fees shall be charged by the Inspector of Wires to any person, firm or corporation applying for permits for electrical installations; said fees to be paid by the applicants when such permits are issued in accor- dance with the following schedule:

1 to 12 outlets 1.00
13 to 25 outlets 1.50
26 and over 2.00

No fees shall be paid for the installation of por- table appliances for use with convenience outlets. All fees received by the Inspector of Wires shall be turned over to the Town Treasurer as receipts and accounted for by him.
Article 64. To see if the Town will vote to transfer all unexpended balances from Special Appropriations to the Excess and Deficiency Fund, or do or act anything in relation thereto.
Article 65. To see if the Town will authorize the Assessors to use the sum of $30,000 from free cash in the Treasury for the reduction of the 1953 Tax Rate, or do or act anything in relation thereto.
Article 66. To see if the Town will vote to accept the follow- ing named sums as Perpetual Trust Funds for the care of lots in the Vine Lake Cemetery, the interest thereof or as may be ne- cessary to be used for said care, viz:

And you are directed to serve this warrant by posting an attested copy thereof, in the usual place for posting warrants in said Medfield, seven days at least before the time of hold- ing said meeting.
Hereof fail not and make due return of this warrant with your doings thereon, unto the Town Clerk at the time and place of meeting aforesaid.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Chapter 46 of the General Laws of Massachusetts requires that every physician shall within fifteen days after the birth at which he has officiated, report the same to the Town Clerk of the Town in which the birth took place.
Parents within forty days after the birth of a child, and every householder, within forty days after a birth in his house shall cause notice thereof to be given to the Town Clerk of the Town in which the birth took place.
Failure to give such notice is punishable with a fine.
Blanks for the return may be obtained upon application to the Town Clerk.
Parents and others are requested to carefully examine the following lists and if there are any errors or omissions, report such at once to the Town Clerk. This is important so that we may have as accurate and complete a record of Vital Statistics as possible.
