Article 43. To see if the Town will vote to amend Section II "AA" and "A" Residence District Uses of the Zoning By-Law for the Town of Medfield, Mass., as printed and published Sep- tember 8, 1953, as amended, by adding after 8(g) of said sec- tion the following:


(h) Automobile trailer, for dwelling purposes, or any structure which originally was constructed or manu- factured as an automobile trailer, for dwelling purposes. (Planning Board)


Article 44. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appro- priate and/or borrow a sum of money for the installation of a sidewalk on Spring Street, between Main Street and Curve Street, or any part thereof, or do or act anything in relation thereto. (Park & Planning Board)


Article 45. To see if the Town will vote to appoint a com- mittee of five (5) members and authorize it to make arrange- ments and to spend money appropriated under Article 3 for the observance of Memorial Day.


Article 46. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appro- priate a sum of money to provide suitable quarters for the Beck- with Post No. 110, American Legion, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40, Section 9, General Laws (Ter. Ed) and amendments thereto.


Article 47. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appro- priate and/or borrow a sum of money for the purchase of a Town ambulance and equipment to be under the supervision of the Board of Selectmen and subject to such rules, regulations,

Article 48. To hear and act on the report of any special committee appointed at any previous Special Town Meeting or Annual Town Meeting or appointed by the Moderator or Sslect- men as authorized by the vote of the Town.

To see if the Town will vote to instruct the Se- lectmen to take any appropriate measures voted by the Town for providing telephone coverage service for the Police Depart- ment and other departments and to raise and appropriate a sum of money therefore or do or act anything in relation there- to. Article 52. To see what additional instructions the Town will give the "School Building Committee" appointed under Article 8 of the Special Town Meeting of November 30, 1953, in connection with the acquiring of additional land, preparing ad- ditional plans and cata, constructing of an addition to Memorial School, and originally equipping the same, and to see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow, or transfer from unexpended balances a sum of money to accomplish said purposes.


Article 53. To see if the Town will vote to appoint a com- mittee to make a study, recommendations and report of de- partmental expansions, purchases of land for public purposes, and future capital expenditures, and to raise and appropriate a sum of money to defray the cost of compiling, printing, and distributing the report and recommendations of said commit- tee or do or act anything in relation thereto. Article 54. To see if the Town will vote to appoint a com- mittee to present plans and estimates of cost for a permanent honor roll or honor rolls for the Veterans of the Revolutionary War, Civil War, Spanish American War, and World War I; said committee to report not later than the Annual Town Meeting of 1956, or do or act anything in relation thereto. Article 55. To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zon- ing Map of the Town of Medfield as Revised to December 10, 1953, as amended, by removing such portions of the after-de- scribed property as now lies in "A" Residence District to In-

dustrial District, so that all of said premises will lie in Indus- trial District and be subject to the uses permitted in "Section V Industrial District Uses" of the Zoning-By-Law of the Town of Medfield.

SOUTHWESTERLY by land now or formerly of Edward G. Rudd et al, 578.53 feet;

NORTHEASTERLY by land now or formerly of Owners Unknown, 183.09?

Article 56. To see if the Town will vote to instruct the Board of Assessors to prepare, print, and distribute the Valu- ation and Taxes on all property in the Town of Medfield, or do or act anything in relation thereto. (Petition).


Article 57. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- propriate a sum of money for the printing of the Valuation and Taxes on all property in the Town of Medfield, or do or act anything in relation thereto. (Petition).


Article 58. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- propriate a sum of money to defray the hospital and medical expenses of Nicholas N. Gugliotta incurred while performing police duties, or do or act anything in relation thereto. (Petition)


Article 59. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Assessors to use a sum of money from free cash in the Treasury for the reduction of the 1955 Tax Rate or do or act anything in relation thereto.


Article 60. To see if the Town will vote to accept the following named sums as Perpetual Trust Funds for the care of lots in the Vine Lake C'emetery, the interest thereof or as may be necessary to be used for said care, viz:
