Leonard Memorial Library, and appoint as a building committee the Board of Fire Engineers-the Cap- tain and the three members of Company 2 who acted on the Committee making the preliminary plans; or act on anything relative thereto. (Not ap- proved by the Advisory Board).

PROPOSED AMENDMENT "B"
Section 3. Resident District Uses.
Sub-section (e) now reads: (e) Farm, garden, nursery or greenhouse, selling products the major portion of which are raised in the Town, and excluding any use injurious or offensive to the neighborhood.
Proposed change would read: (e) Farm, garden, nursery or greenhouse selling products 100% of which are raised in the Town and excluding any use injurious or offensive to the neighborhood.
PROPOSED AMENDMENT "C"
Section 3. Resident District Uses.
Sub-section (h) now reads: (h) Accessory use on the same lot with and customarily incident to any of the above permitted uses and not detri- mental to a residential neighborhood. The use of a room or rooms in a dwelling for a customary home occupation or home occupations carried on by the person or persons resident therein, shall be permitted as an acces- sory use, provided that there be no display or advertising except a sign of not more than three square feet in area. The term accessory use shall not include :
1. A garage for the storage of more than three automobiles.
Proposed change would read: (h) Accessory use on the same lot with and customarily incident to any of the above permitted uses and not detri- mental to a residential neighborhood. The use of a room or rooms in a dwelling or outbuildings conforming to fire restrictions for customary home occupation or home occupations, carried on by the person or persons resi- dent therein, shall be permitted as accessory use provided that there be no display or advertising sign, except a sign of not more than three square feet in area, or of a size conforming to any State or Federal requirement, for a specific purpose. The term accessory use shall not include:
1. A garage for the storage of not more than five automobiles.
(Note: This change is suggested to conform with the standard form of fire insurance policy.)
(i) 5. The committee does not suggest any change in relation to gravel removal. There has been some objection to this part of the present Zoning By-Law but as any resident desiring to remove material under this section may bring his particular case to the Appeal Board for relief it is considered advisable to maintain this section as it now stands.

Sub-section (first paragraph) now reads: In a business district no building shall be erected or altered and no building, premises or land shall be used for any purpose injurious or offensive to the neighborhood by reason of the emission of odor, fumes, dust, vibration, smoke or noise. Pursuant to the Warrant the qualified voters met and took up Article 33: To bring in their votes for a Town Clerk for one year; one Selectman, one Assessor and one member of the Board of Public Welfare for three years; a Treasurer, a Collector of Taxes, a Surveyor of Highways, a Mod- erator and a Tree Warden for one year; one member of the School Com- mittee for three years; one member of the School Committee for one year; one Member of the Board of Health for three years; one Trustee for the William J. Leonard Memorial Library for three years .
The polls opened at 11 A. M. and closed at 7 P. M. The Moderator, Cecil E. Whitney, acted as Presiding Election officer. Harry G. Pinson was in charge of the ballot box.
