It was put to the Town whether the Town would chuse a committy to send to meet with the Committy the Town of Topsfield hath appointed - and it past on the affirma- tive - the Committy chosen are as followeth m' John Moulton - Cap Samuel Kimball - Ens" Thomas Tar- box m" John Goot and Nathaniel Brown are chosen a Committy with full power to perambulate on the sd line and renew bounds - and make new bounds If they shall think it needful as above Exprest -

It was put to the Town whether they would give m Warren 30 pounds for this present year - his stated Sallery not being a suffisiant Support and their was no vote for it -


Voted to Rais 240- pounds to pay the Towns Debts - Voted That the Selectmen shall adjust accounts with the Commity that was Chosen to build a house for aron Jones and his wife to live in - and to settle that mater.

W. & F. the bounds between Wenham Topsfield and Salem - now with a heape of stones Round It and is the bound tree between tree between Wenham - Salem and Tops- field standinding near the North Esterly End of Wen- ham Casaway from thence over Wenham Causeway S.E.ly. near the E.ly End of sd causeway to a stake and heape of stones - which is the Divicinall bounds between Wenham and Porters farm - and from sd stake about S.W. to a heape of stones near the head of Leaches medow near a walnut stump which is also said to be Andrews corner bounds - from thence S.Ely to a white oak tree standing formerly in Joseph herricks land marked with S & W S.Ely to a heape of stones in Jur herricks orchard about seven feet Esterly from a small - apletree marked S & W. being the fifth tree in the Second Row in the ould orchard northward of the of the second Southward Wall - from thence No Ely to a heape of stones - formerly In John herricks ground . from thence S.Ely to a heape of stones in Jun'r meadow from thence S. wly to a white oak tree marked S W B & S - standing in Nathaniel
