Lashin. nho road the warrant calling the meeting. the meetingavas opened at 10, 0 clock and fifteen minutes a. m. J. Walter (Brown Stanley Nicks. Charles S. Allen and August, F, Winnewisser, who had previously been appointed by the Selection as ballat clerks and sellers for the election, were-severally sworn.
