Notice having been given and a public hearing held as provided by law, that the New England Telephone and Telegraph Company of mass be and it is hereby granted a location for and permission to Erect and mountain poles and wires to be placed thereon, together with sustaining or protecting fixtures as said Company may dem necessary, in the public way or ways hereafter referred to, as requested in petition of said Company dated the 13th day of october, 1922.
All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions : -
Poles shall be of sound timber and reasonably straight . and shall be set substantially at the points indicated upon the plan marked 3 of 10-7-22- Proposed Pole Loc of The A. E. J. J. Co. of Mass . to be filed with this order .
There may be attached to said poles not to exceed 20 wires and I cable and all of said wire and cable shall be placed at a height of not less than 16 feet from the ground. The following are the public ways or parts of ways along which the poles above referred to may be Erected, and the number of poles which may be erected thereon under this grant :

Special Town Meeting, September 24, 1923.
In response to the foregoing warrant, the citizens of Brunfield assembled in the Town Hall at 8 P.M. The warrant was read by the Clerk and ballots were cast for moderator, resulting as follows : - Munroe G. Tarbell received 15 votes. Fred . Lawrence received 11 votes. Mr. Tarbell vering Elected moderator. he was duly sworn in by the work.
