Respectfully represents the Springhe Street Rostang Company, " railway having a location in the said Town of Brimfield Massache . on when it has constructed it's tracks and over which it is operating its cars. the public venience and necessity require that it be grande a location for a siding near Summit Station so called in Brimfield M. achusetts, more particularly described as follows. Beginning at a point in the center line of the present track of the Springfield Street Ry, Lo. in The Town of Brimfield Mas. said point being about 242 feet easterly of the easterby side of the Summit waiting Station. so called. and running thence westerly by a reversed curve to the right and left a distance of about 158 feet to a point about 19. feet northerly of the center of said present track. thence rumun westerly by a line parallel. to said present track distance of about 83 feet to a point . the above described live being the center line of the proposed siding, and all shown on plan made by Durkee. In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts you are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of the Town of Brimfield qualified to vate in town affairs to at the TownHall in fraid springfield on meet, monday the twenty third day of march inst at ten o clock in the forenoon to act on the following articles-Viz.

annual Town meeting held Monday, March 23d 19,1. The voters of Brimfield assembled at the Town Hall on Monday, March 23ยช 1914. in response to the foregoing Warsow. The meeting was called to order by the Town Klerk. Miner H. larkin who read the warrant calling the meeting, The meeting was opened at 10.5.0' clock a.Vn. Merritt Dunham. John Shanty, Charles Parker and Clarence W. King. which had been previously appointed by the Selectmen as ballot clerks and tellers for the election and were severally sworn. a ballot was Then taken for moderator with the following result. whole number of ballots cast nineteen (19) and Edward Butterfield had nineteen (19) and was unanimously elected and accepted. The cards of instruction and specimen ballate were then delivered to the ballat by the town clerk to be posted. and one achange of official ballats said to containtwo hundred and fifty ballots for male voters and one package said to contan sixty (60) ballots for female voters and received their receipt for them. The ballot box was then open - ed for inspection and declared to be empty by the moderator. it was then locked and the key deli ... to the police officer George &, Hitchcock who had been appointed to that office . the ballot boy register declared to stand at 000. a mationnous made that the ballot box be now open for the reception of ballats and was carried. and 10. 0' clock and 10 minutes a.m. the moderator declared the polls open for the reception of ballots, article, 15th was taken up and information asked and given by Mr. Oliver, and Mir Hicks. article 5th was then taken up and acted upon.
