To either of the Constables of Brimfield
Greeting :
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts you are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabi- tants of Brimfield qualified to vote in Town affairs to meet at the Town Hall in said Brimfield on Monday, the fourth day of February, 1924, at ten o'clock in the fore- noon to act on the following articles, viz :
Article 1. To choose a moderator to preside over said meeting.
Article 2. To give in their votes to the election officers on one ballot for the following Town officers : Town Clerk, Town Treasurer, Tax Collector, Auditor, Tree Warden, five Constables, all for the term of one year; three Selectmen for the term of one, two and three years, respectively ; one School Committee, one Assessor, two Library Trustees, one Cemetery Commissioner, all for the term of three years; one Cemetery Commissioner to fill vacancy for one year. And also to give in their votes on the following question, yes or no: Shall the Town vote to grant licenses for the sale of certain 11on- intoxicating liquors.
The Polls will be open at ten o'clock in the forenoon and may be closed at two o'clock in the afternoon.
Article 3. To hear reports of officers and agents heretofore chosen by the Town and act thereon.
Article 4. To raise and appropriate money for the support of Schools, Highways, Bridges, Library, Pay- ment of Town debts and defray the expenses of the en- suing year and direct how the same shall be expended.
Article 5. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Treasurer, with the approval of the Selectmen, to borrow money in anticipation of revenue of the Current Financial Year.
Article 6. To determine the manner and state the terms and conditions for collecting taxes for the ensuing year and fix the compensation of the Collector of Taxes.

Article 27. To see if the Town will vote to create a special committee of three citizens to study the advisa- bility of establishing a Town Forest and to report at the next Annual Town Meeting.
Article 28. To see if the Town will raise and ap- propriate a sum of money to repair all the tar sidewalks in the Town.
Article 29. To see what sum of money, if any, the Town will raise and appropriate for the construction of a sidewalk on the Sturbridge Road from the Post Office to the entrance to the Cemetery.

Article 31. To see if the Town will yote to indem- nify the Commonwealth for any land, grade or drainage damages which may be caused in the re-location of Fos- kett's bridge, or take any action thereon.

The Clerk called the meeting to order and on motion of mr. oliver duly seconded, it was voted to dispense with the reading of The articles in the warrant.
The warden and ballot clerks , having been duly sworn by the Clerk , being in their positions, the polls were declared open at 10 o'clock A ... At 2 P. M. it was voted that the polls remain open until 3 o'clock at which time they were declared closed. The voting lists were checked and the ballots audibly counted in open meeting. Special Town Meeting, Saturday, March 8, 1924.
Pursuant to the foregoing warrant, the voters of Brumfield met at Town Hall at Is durch. The tellers, previously appointed by the Selectmen and sworn by the Town Clerk, being in their Respective positions, were given the ballots by the warden, and the bells were declared open at 10 A.M.
At 2 o'clock, it was voted to keep the polls open until 2:30 at which time they were declared closed.
The ballot box was opened and the ballots therein audibly counted and checked with the voting list, it being found that there were a total of 149 ballots cast, as follows:

State Election, Tuesday, November 4, 1924.
In response to the foregoing warrant. the voters of Brimfield assembled att Town Hall. The Election officers previously appointed and sworn by the Jour She took their appointed positions at 10 o'clock and the warrant being read by the Town Clerk. The polls were declared open.
At 2 0'dan it was voted, on motion, duly second ed, to Extend the time for closing the polls to 3 o'clock at which time it was voted to further Extend the time to 3:15. At 3:15 the polls were declared closed.
