The voters of Brimfield assembled at Town Hall Monday February 4 at 1918 in response to the foregoing warrant, the meeting was called to order by the Town Check Mmer H. Derbin, who read the warrant calling the meeting I aid meeting was opened at 10. G.M. Clarence King, Char. I allen.


Oslo P. Parker, and Homer Coolboth who had been previously appointed by the selectmen as ballo clerks and tellers for the election were severally shown in. a ballot was Then taken for moderator to preside over said meeting with the following result . A hole number of ballot cart big hit of which Robert & Tructur received eight and was declared elected and Awow. The cards of instructions and specimen ballots were then delivered to the ball of checks and tellen by the Town Click to be

The voters of Brimfield assembled at the Town Hall in response to the foregoing warnt The meeting was called to order and offered by the presiding offices Onun Hicks at 10 0' clock a. M. The warrant was read by the Term Click Cenuel a Parker. The town clerk then delivered to the presiding of fices the specimen ballot and cards of instruction also delivered to the bull of clerks the official ballots and took their receipts. Clarence N. King Charles f Tarbell having previously been appointed by the Selectionen as ballot click & teller respectively were cluely surow by the town Clerk, the bullet boy was then opened, I found entity, it was then locked and the key delivered to the Police officer Pulnick Midutive, the ballot box register standing at 000. Promptly at 10:30 am the polls were declared open for the reception of ballots. The polls were declared closed, by the presiding offices at 230 P.M.
