REPORT OF TOWN ACCOUNTANT

ACCOUNTANT'S CERTIFICATE

I have examined the cash receipts and securities in the various Trust Funds in the hands of the Town Treasurer and find them to be as stated in the Treasurer's Report.

I certify that the receipts as reported by the Treasurer agree with the books and that the payments, by the various departments, were as stated in the foregoing report.

The Balance sheet of the Town as of December 31, 1942 is in agree- ment with the books of the Town, and correctly presents the financial position of the Town as of December 31, 1942.

I take this opportunity to thank the departments for promptly sup- plying their annual reports, as such action helps considerably in com- piling the Town Report.

January 23, 1943.

CARL H. RUSSELL,
